How RPL Works
The RPL process typically involves the following steps

Application
The individual submits an application for RPL, providing evidence of their prior learning, such as work samples, resume, references, certifications, and any other relevant documentation.

Assessment
A qualified assessor reviews the evidence provided and compares it against the required learning outcomes and performance criteria of the qualification or units of competency.

Gap Analysis
If there are gaps identified between the individual’s prior learning and the qualification’s requirements, additional assessments or learning activities may be recommended to bridge those gaps.

Outcome
Based on the assessment, the individual will receive a formal outcome, which may include the recognition of full qualification.
