In the event that our partner Registered Training Organisation assesses your performance as not meeting the requirements, our commitment entails a complete reimbursement. If you compile all the necessary supporting documentation and the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) determines your proficiency as not yet attained, you will qualify for a total reimbursement of all fees submitted. Alternatively, we have the option to coordinate supplementary training to address any areas of deficiency pinpointed by the RTO.

In situations where Oz Qualify is incapable of concluding your application due to the absence of the required evidence, any payments rendered will be reimbursed.
